Welcome to the Sibelius Singing Competition. We look forward to seeing you at the Järvenpää Hall.

Please register in advance at juhani.airas@jarvenpaa.fi, stating your name, which media you represent, and the round or concert you intend to cover. If we still have vacant press seats, we will answer your message by email and you will find your name on the list of invited guests. Please present your valid press card on arrival, and should you need any assistance at the Hall, contact Ms Taru Väärti on +358 50 366 2210.

We will try to assemble the competitors outside the press room after the Preliminary Round and the Semi-finals.

At the end of the Finals, immediately after the results have been announced, the press will have a chance to photograph and interview the finalists at the front of the Sibelius Hall.

The Järvenpää Hall has a press room and Internet access. Please contact Ms Hanni Isola (hanni.isola@jarvenpaa.fi) with requests for interviews with competitors and the Artistic Director.

You will find printable competitor photos for use by the press under LEHDISTÖ on the Finnish competition website (www.sibeliuslaulukilpailu.fi).
